Allman College does not yet have agreements with Education Agents to assist it in recruiting prospective students. The College plans to recruit prospective international students after July 2024. A list of agents and their details will be included on the website after the agreements are signed.

The College’s courses can be packaged to offer an academic pathway for students looking for a specific educational outcome.

Under the Standards for RTOs 2015 Clauses 5.3, 7.3 and National Code 2018, Standards 2.1.7, 3.1, 3.3, 3.4, agents may collect prepaid tuition fees from international students and do so on the College’s behalf and the acts of an agent are considered to be the acts of the College.

Allman College’s agent’s agreement will specify the responsibilities of the education agent and the registered provider and the need to comply with the requirements of the National Code 2018.
